We have two parking spaces available at the front of the property, please ensure you leave enough room for a second car on the drive.

What happens if I cannot make my appointment?

No problem please contact us 24 hours before your appointment and we can rearrange your treatment. This also allows us to offer our appointments to other patients in need of immediate treatment. As I am sure you understand if you cancel your appointment without prior notification or within 24 hour period you may be subject to a charge.

What shall I wear?

Our physiotherapists and other therapists will be required to assess the area of concern and therefore, shorts are preferable for lower limb conditions. Most importantly please wear something that makes you feel comfortable.

How does it work if I want to claim from Health Insurance?

We are registered with most of the major Health Insurance companies. All you need to do is contact your Health Insurance Company and obtain an Authorisation Code, the number of treatments they will provide and we will do the rest. Any further treatments requested can be discussed with your Physiotherapist or other therapist. Treatments not covered by your Health Insurance are the responsibility of the patient.
