Lucky us and lucky you - we have parking. Enough space for two cars all we ask are excellent driving skills to allow, yes, two cars to fit in side by side. Also important to provide space for those battling to walk, skip and jump. If you do require assistance and specialised parking, kindly call us and we can be on hand to assist you. And no 'secret shopping' expeditions please, someone else needs the parking after your consultation.
What happens if I cannot make my appointment?
No problem. We will not send the troops out! Sometimes it happens and we do ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Then we can help someone else looking to see a therapist. Not giving any notice, or not appearing will mean we have to charge you for the missed appointment. We have to be fair and we are sure you understand.
What shall I wear?
All we can say is we will need to uncover the area being treated, so wear whatever you think is comfortable. We can provide shorts if needed. Our rooms are completely private. Confidentiality and privacy are uppermost in our practice.
How does it work if I want to claim from Health Insurance?
We are registered with most of the major Health Insurance companies. All you need to do is contact your Health Insurance Company and obtain an Authorisation Code, the number of treatments they will provide and we will do the rest. Any further treatments requested can be discussed with your Physiotherapist or Chiropracter. Treatments not covered by your Health Insurance is the responsibility of the patient (That's you).
