What Services We Provide

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy- Helps to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. It can also help to reduce your risk of injury or illness in the future.

Sports & deep tissue massage

Sports massage- is designed to correct problems and imbalances in muscle and other tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity.

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic Care- focuses on spinal manipulation i.e. correcting problems within the spine through manipulation. Now, Chiropractors not only focus on spinal manipulation, but also spinal problems coming from other areas like foot problems or joint problems that overload the spine

Podiatry

Podiatry-  Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of problems with the feet, ankles and lower limbs. Only clinicians who have completed the extensive university degree course and are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) can call themselves a Podiatrist or Chiropodist. At PhysioSW19 we have partnered with South  West Podiatry to help provide our excellent podiatry service.

Post Surgical Rehabilitation

Post operative rehabilitation- is a vital step in your recovery from surgery. Physiotherapeutic led rehabilitation will ensure you maximise the benefits from the surgery performed.

Nutrition

Nutrition is vital to ensure your body runs as efficiently as possible. Our Nutrionist Laura will be able to assess your diet to ascertain any problems. Laura will also be able to help with any bowel disorder you may currently be suffering from.

Pilates

Pilates- We offer weekly classes of a maximum of 5 participants. Each class is physiotherapist lead and is tailored to an individuals ability and needs.

Occupational Health

Occupational Health- Correct postural advice and exercise can help prevent significant injury at work. Whether you work behind a desk or on a building site correct manual handling and posture are vital to prevent injury
