New Pilates Classes in Wimbledon
A brand new physio-led Pilates class will be starting on Wednesday 30th November 2016 at the PhysioSW19 clinic.
This class will run from 7pm-8pm every Wednesday.
Pilates is a form of low impact exercise that strengthens the stabilising (core) muscles of the body including, abdominals, gluteals, and muscles of the back and neck. Pilates can also improve overall flexibility, promote postural alignment and help you feel relaxed and refreshed.
These classes will be beneficial for those wanting to improve their strength, balance and general wellbeing It’s even suitable for those with a history of lower back pain and other musculoskeletal problems.
A new Yoga class will also be starting on Monday 31st October, and will run every Monday from 6.15pm – 7.15pm. The Yoga classes will use a series of postures to improve strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
Both classes will be small (maximum 5 people) to ensure maximum attention is given to each participant.
60 minute 1:1 Pilates sessions are also available on Wednesday from 12pm-6pm and Friday 8am-1pm.
