Who is the service for?

The service is for Investec PLC staff members only

How do I book an appointment if I am Self-Funding?

• Please note online booking is not currently available
• Please ring our head office in Wimbledon on 0208 947 2053
• One of our receptionists will take your details and find you an appointment
• You will be sent a Patient Consent Form please fill this out and email it to admin@physiosw19.co.uk or bring it to your appointment
• Your physiotherapy session will be in the wellness centre in No.65
• After your appointment you can ring the head office again on 0208 947 2053 to pay and rebook for a follow up appointment

How do I book an appointment if I am using my Insurance/Axa Healthcare? (Physiotherapy Only)

• Please ring your insurance a provider; they will thing give you an authorisation code for treatment
• Please ring PhysioSW19 on: 0208 947 2053. Our reception will be able to assist you in making and appointment and you can provide your Policy details and authorisation number
• You will be sent a Patient Consent Form please fill this out and email it to admin@physiosw19.co.uk or bring it to your appointment
• Your physiotherapy session will be in the wellness centre in No. 65

Where is my appointment?

All appointments are at No 65. In the Wellness centre on the lower ground floor

What happens in a physiotherapy appointment?

• Appointments are 30 minutes long
• During your assessment you will receive a detailed assessment, diagnosis, manual (hands-on) treatment and an exercise programme (depending on your condition at the time)

Who are the clinical team?

• We have two physiotherapist that are available for you at:
• Toosie Bawden (Musculoskeletal and Sports Specialist)
• Charlie Bradford (Musculoskeletal and Sports Specialist)
• All of team are Chartered Society of Physiotherapy members and Health and Care Professions Council registered.
