Vestibular Rehabilitation
Vestibular rehabilitation is an exercise-based program designed to treat the vestibular system. This consists of enhancing gaze stability, postural stability, vertigo and improve activities of daily living. If you are experiencing symptoms of dizziness, unsteadiness or nausea due to change in position, head movement, motion sickness or balance disturbances, vestibular rehabilitation will be able to help. Treatment will be fit for your needs and may consist of habituation exercises, manual manoeuvres of the head to aid the inner ear system or balancing exercises.
