Join our New Early Morning Pilates Class and start your day in the best possible shape. Feel better, look taller! Pilates is a low impact exercise that focuses on isolation of body movement to improve posture, increase flexibility and tone muscle. Perfect for those who are recovering from injury, preventing overuse strain and to complement aerobic or high impact exercise.

Meet the Instructor …
Allison is originally from South Africa, where she trained with Reebok Instructors SA and founded her own pilates studio. Allison has provided pilates training for dancers of The Playhouse Dance Company, as well as the American Academy of Ballet and is herself an accomplished athlete. She competed in World Aerobics and was team leader for the SA Slalom Team at World Championships. Her pilates clients include a cross section of dancers, sportsmen/ women and the general population, as well as referrals from other healthcare professionals.
